Are there sheets and towels in the condo?
Yes. All beds have sheets and there are bath towels in each bathroom. Please bring your own beach towels or feel free to rent them from our property management company for $2.50 / week.

Are there paper products and soap in the condo?
Yes. Toilet paper, paper towels, and tissues are stocked in the unit. You will also find bath soap, dish detergent, laundry detergent, and dishwashing powder.

Are there dishes and appliances in the kitchen?
Yes. We have everything you need to cook a great meal. And, of course, there is a coffee pot and blender for the essentials of a good vacation.

Do you have beach chairs?
On the screened porch, there is a table and chairs as well as a lounger. In addition, we have beach chairs and a sun umbrella that can be taken down to the beach.

What if I get locked out of the condo or if there is a problem with the unit?
Our property management company is on site on a regular basis. When you check in, they will give you a phone number to call if you have any problems.

Is there a private beach?
Yes. The condo is located directly between the heated pool and the private beach. The ocean views from the condo are awesome and you are steps from the beach.

Is there daily maid service?
No. The unit is thoroughly cleaned before you arrive and after you leave. If you would like mid-week maid service, that can be arranged through our management company. There is a washer and dryer in the unit as well as brooms, dust pans, and wash cloths.

Can I take my dog or cat with me on vacation?
Yes. We welcome pets. We figure they must be well trained if you are willing to take them on vacation!
