Booking the Condo To book the condo, just give us a call or send us an email. To reserve the unit, we require a $300 - $600 deposit with the remaining balance due 30 days prior to arrival. We prefer a credit card payment; but, will be happy to accept a cashiers check.
Cancellation Policy If you cancel 90 days prior to arrival, you will lose a $35 service fee. If you cancel within the 90 day period, you lose your deposit plus there is a $35 service fee. Cancellations received less than 30 days prior to arrival are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the rental amount.
